PPDI Value PropositionThe Pensacola Professional Development Institute (PPDI) was formed to promote the professional and personal growth of owners, supervisors, and managers in the Pensacola area. This will be accomplished by providing supervisory and leadership skills training for the employers, employees and entrepreneurs in our community. The foundation of the economy in Pensacola is small to medium size businesses. These companies are built on the skills and services of the entrepreneurs that started them or the businessmen and women who grew them; however, there is a common thread throughout the industries. These companies are not able to deliver the training to their supervisors and leaders in a cost effective manner PPDI will provide a unique opportunity to educate and equip each individual with tools that they can immediately implement within their organizations. Each session was designed to capture the attention of each participant with cutting edge curriculum; provides an environment that encourages networking and will effectively keep each participant actively engaged in the enforcement of the material that each participant has learned. It is our goal to create evidence-based leadership by developing employees into leaders. As a result, this will create a better work environment and a stronger community. "Our managers attended a Studer Group seminar in early 2008. Quint Studer provided actionable information that they could use to immediately make a positive improvement in employee retention, engagement and productivity." "Attending a Studer Group seminar is akin to golf lessons from Tiger Woods. Our management was given the tools to streamline effective accountability, as well as learning the importance of individual recognition." |
