PPDI is excited to host a six-session series on John C. Maxwell's The 360° Leader.

You don’t’ have to be the main leader to make significant impact in your organization. Good leaders are not only capable of leading their followers but are also adept at leading their superiors and their peers.

People who desire to lead from the middle of an organization face unique challenges, and they are often held back by myths that prevent them from developing their influence. The 360° Leader addresses those issues and many more.
